from "Where Everything is Music" by Rumi
Don't worry about saving these songs
and if one our instruments breaks,
it doesn't matter.
We have fallen into the place where everything is music.
The strumming and the flute notes rise into the atmosphere. . .
A Party Invitation Arrives
Wonder: What's the occasion?
Transformation: I have everything to wear.
Miracle: No one will expect me to show up.
They Arrive at the Party to Find the Front Door Locked
Wonder: Why is the door locked? What are they doing over there? Why is the party in the garden? Where did all these people come from? Who decorated, who catered, what's that song called???
Transformation: I remember when that place was raw earth, then sprouts and buds. Then I sent the rains.
Miracle: I knew Nature didn't need my hand, but She asked for it anyway, and look what we created together.
Party Lights Twinkle, an Illusion of Electricity. Hundreds of Fireflies Float Like Paper Lanterns in the Twilit Evening
Wonder: Oooooohhhhh!
Transformation: Chemical romance. Bioluminescence made numinous.
Miracle: They are spelling our names in the sky.
The three friends fall into the place where everything is music and dance graceful movements to the notes rising, rising, rising into the atmosphere.
